I disagree with you because all of the levels of goverment help with policing. I know this because the video on the blog 'who does what?' states that police is a shared responsibility. You can add on by saying the police is a shared job because there are police in every country in canada. Also you can say that some provinces have more money then others so they will have better police and that is not fair.
