The natural environment impacts and shapes the social needs of the people in Stratford by making it an area where people who stay and build a community. Being a railroad town, trains would pass by and so would the people. The theatre, brought people back into the community for entertainment.
The natural environment might impact and shape the social needs of this civilization in a few ways. First of all, in 1953 Stratford, Ontario was a railroad junction and the loud noise that trains make might interupt the play and distract the audience. Also, since the city didn't have such a large population as other cities at the time, maybe they would of thought that people wouldn't go to their shows.
I agree with you Xaviera, the fact that Stratford was a railroad town definitely impacted the social needes because there was not a lot of access to the arts.
This was not an environment but it seams like lots of people go there so the theatre would make more money and more people would go. Lots of adults would go so in this environment people would seem to have lots of entertainment.
I agree with you Nolan because maybe back then the adults must been going to the theatre a lot so they can be entertained and to have some time together.
it might impact there natural environment because they made films there and they might not communicate so much with others because when you are like waching a movie you might not be allowed to call people
Because Stratford was a railroad town before this, the arts and socialization might not have been easy to come by. This means that the social needs weren't very great or important. By creating a theatre, they not only created many other festivals, but also influenced the social expectations of their small town.
i think that the social needs might impacted the town because if you had a town that was so close to the rail road trackes that ever hour a train went by it would not be popular but they made this film festival that made it a fames town
The video shows how Stratford was a railroad which is very noisy, but a man said that he was going to change that. Maybe because he didn't want to live a noisy life or working in a train.
The natural environment might impact the social needs of this civalization because while there performing the play the train noices will interfear with the play and disturb the performers and annoy the audience.
the way it might impact the environment is by threw the demolition it will create a lot of clouds of smoke and carbon dioxide. It will also create as much or more pollution on rebuilding whatever they would like
The natural environment might impact and shape the social needs of this civilization because doing these plays each year has been a tradition from the time of 1953. From the first play the community in Stratford ON, had enjoyed it very much and started to continue the plays each year. And now in 2013 it is still a known tradition in the spring and summer. So this has shaped the community because it was the community and civilization who made it a annual event each year to do these plays because of there enjoyment for the plays.

The natural environment has affected the social needs of those people because the theater is near a rail road and makes it hard to have entertainment and to socialize

one of my social needs is communication and if people go to this place a lot then they won't communicate that much so they will grow more apart.

This theatre is a big and great place to go and communicate with others. This will help Stratford’s social relationships with others.
